  2. Confirmation of Deletion Request:
    • We will email you at your CNTNDR account email address to confirm that this deletion request came from you.
  3. Reply to Email:
    • Please reply to the email confirmation that you are requesting deletion of your data.
  4. Receive Confirmation:
    • Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • This email will confirm that your data has been successfully deleted from our platform.

Important Information

  • Data Deletion is Permanent: Please be aware that deleting your data is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data, including your account information, will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • Processing Time: The data deletion process may take up to thirty (30) days to complete. During this time, your account will be deactivated.
