- Email address associated with your account
- Your CNTNDR username
- A statement affirmatively requesting the deletion of your data (Example: “I am emailing to request the deletion of my user data.”)
- Send an email to privacy@cntndr.io with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request” with following information:
- Confirmation of Deletion Request:
- We will email you at your CNTNDR account email address to confirm that this deletion request came from you.
- Reply to Email:
- Please reply to the email confirmation that you are requesting deletion of your data.
- Receive Confirmation:
- Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- This email will confirm that your data has been successfully deleted from our platform.
Important Information
- Data Deletion is Permanent: Please be aware that deleting your data is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data, including your account information, will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Processing Time: The data deletion process may take up to thirty (30) days to complete. During this time, your account will be deactivated.
